Summary Chapter 22-23 Book Three
Ashley was arrive at the hospital and there she must cured with the therapis for a person who was  suffered personal disorder. Then at the hospital Ashley met with the doctor for her  therapis is Gilbert and with him she had intimate path to solve her problem. But her alters known is Toni and Alette in the first time meet with Gilbert in hypnotis  there at the therapis, there  Toni was had the take a main control  to Ashley until she didn’t known was killed  5 person in urder cotrol of her alters  Toni. Firstly Toni keep  away from Gilbert because she was known if  Ashley had succesful in her theraphis it was esay to gilbert to make the alters  dissappear. So Toni always persuade Alette to didn’t believe a doctor.  in  this chapter the daily activity for Ashley was in tried to known what is the key  for the main problem with her and this can solve the MPD.  There TONI the strong alters always think to escape from hospital because she didn’t wanted Ashley to cured there because it’s mean died for the alters.  So Toni try to persuade Alette to accompanied her to escape and together took a main control to Ashley. Despite it’s will be a main trouble to Gilbert, he use the alters hobbies to make them disappear one by one. Firstly in therapies session he always trying to more has intimate and closer to the alters to make his job more easily.

            Ashley is described as a woman with the past trauma because she has been raped by                                  her own father repeatedly and she could not stop him.
  Ashley Peterson, a beautiful young woman who works for a computer company in                         Silicon Valley.
            Toni and Alette. Toni Prescott, a British woman in her early twenties is rather bold           and striking.

Definition of Classroom Management
Classroom management refers to the ways in which student behavior, movement and interaction during a lesson are organized and controlled by the teacher” Richards (1990, 10).

  • To maintain order and to keep the group on task and moving ahead, not to spot and punish those students who are misbehaving. “( Greenwood and Parkay, 1989)
The best teachers anticipate when misbehaviors are likely to occur and intervene early to prevent them. The most effective interventions are subtle, brief and almost private. They do not, therefore interfere with classroom activities.

Class Rules
  • At the beginning of the school year, establish the class rules.
  • Discuss Classroom rules with the students and consequences of misbehavior.
  • Post room rules and consequences of misbehavior.

     goes on over a period of time, resulting in a product, presentation, or performance. It typically has a time line and milestones, and other aspects of formative evaluation as the project proceeds.

3.  Cooperative Learning is a form of active learning where students work together to perform specific tasks in a small group.

4.  Task-based Learning is a offers the student an opportunity to do exactly this. The primary focus of classroom activity is the task and language is the instrument which the students use to complete it. The task is an activity in which students use language to achieve a specific outcome. The activity reflects real life and learners focus on meaning; they are free to use any language they want.

Pengertian Filsafat
Secara etimologi
            Filsafat yang berasal dari bahasa Yunani yaitu philosophia yang terdiri dari kata Philein yang berarti cinta ( love ) dan Sophia yang berarti bijaksana ( wisdom ) jadi secara etimologi filsafat berarti cinta kebijaksanaan / love of wisdom                       ( The Liang Gie, dalam suparlan . S, 2005 )
Secara Terminologi , Menurut Plato Filsafat adalah pengetahuan atau pemikiran kritis untuk mencari kebenaran yang hakiki terhadap pendapat yang sedang berlaku  mengenai sesuatu
Menurut Aris toteles Filsafat adalah ilmu yang mempelajari hal yang ada sebagai sesuatu yang berbeda antara bagian bagiannya yang satu dengan yang lainnya
Menurut Immanuel Kant Filsafat adalah ilmu pengetahuan yang menjadi pokok pangkal dari segala ilmu . Dan lain lain

INTRODUCTION
teaching English, particularly at elementary schools in Indonesia
has totally been encouraged. This attempt is geared to familiarize pupils with
English at an early stage. Almost all elementary schools located in urban
areas in particular conduct English teaching. It has been 11 years that English
teaching is run since the Decree of Minister of Education and Culture
Number 060/U/1993 regarding English as a local content subject matter
starting from the fourth grade was issued (Suyanto, 2004).
As English teaching achieves its prominence at elementary schools,
English is taught commencing from the first grade. For this reason, English
teachers who are concerned with teaching children should be aware of the
nature of their psychology in addition to mastering all crucial components in
teaching them.
So far, English teachers have been experiencing difficulty in teaching
children since they are less sufficient especially in implementing appropriate teaching materials and methods. Thus, the selection of the two elements
should be on the basis of learners age.
To successfully conduct English teaching at elementary schools, teaching
materials and methods are well suited. For this reason, one method considered
one of the efforts to English teaching for children, should be introduced.
