1.  Problem Based Learning is a traditionally, students learn by listening to lectures and reading, and are assessed on their ability to recall and communicate what they have learned. With problem-based learning, students are assessed on their ability to go through a problem solving process.
2.  Project-Based Learning is an individual or group activity that
     goes on over a period of time, resulting in a product, presentation, or performance. It typically has a time line and milestones, and other aspects of formative evaluation as the project proceeds.
3.  Cooperative Learning is a form of active learning where students work together to perform specific tasks in a small group.
4.  Task-based Learning is a offers the student an opportunity to do exactly this. The primary focus of classroom activity is the task and language is the instrument which the students use to complete it. The task is an activity in which students use language to achieve a specific outcome. The activity reflects real life and learners focus on meaning; they are free to use any language they want.

5.  Quantum Learning is a Comprehensive model that covers both educational theory and immediate classroom implementation. Into integrates research-based best practices in education into a unified whole, making content more meaningful and relevant to students’ lives.
6.  Discovery Learning is a type of learning where learners construct their own knowledge by experimenting with a domain, and inferring rules from the results of these experiments.
7.  Contextual Learning is learning occurs only when students (learners) process new information or knowledge in such a way that it makes sense to them in their own frames of reference (their own inner worlds of memory, experience, and response). This approach to learning and teaching assumes that the mind naturally seeks meaning in context, that is, in relation to the person's current environment, and that it does so by searching for relationships that make sense and appear useful.
8.  Experiential Learning is "knowledge, skills, and/or abilities attained through observation, simulation, and/or participation that provides depth and meaning to learning by engaging the mind and/or body through activity, reflection, and application.
